Bandwidth and Connectivity for Meetings and Events

Demand for advanced Internet access that accommodates richer media and a higher density of devices leading to increased bandwidth consumption frequently outweighs the demand for more basic connectivity. Planners and suppliers often do not understand the difference between basic and advanced access, which best suits attendee needs and best practices for selecting and managing event bandwidth. Impacts include lost efficiency, cost overruns and a reduced effectiveness
