Directions to Download

To download the Microsoft Word version of this report click the link provided and follow the directions below:

In the File Download window select Save when asked “Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?”

In the Save As window select the drive or folder on your computer where you would like to save the document. Type the name of the document into the File Name box and click Save.

You have now downloaded the file. To open the file:

Open your Microsoft Office program, click File, and then click Open.

In the Look in list, click the drive, folder, or Internet location that contains the file you want to open.

In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the file.

Before updating the document for a new event resave the file with a different name. To resave, click File, and then click Save As.

In the Save As window select the drive or folder on your computer where you would like to save the document. Type a new name into the File Name box and click Save.
