APEX Meeting and Event Toolbox by OfficeReady

The Convention Industry Council (CIC) has developed The APEX Meeting and Event Planning Toolbox from OfficeReady™- a user-friendly toolset containing a collection of more than 200 event management and business templates, such as name badge and tent card templates. It also includes templates developed through APEX (Accepted Practices Exchange) as the industry standard. It is designed to interface with the Microsoft Office suite of software programs, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Over time, all templates developed by the seven APEX Panels will be included in the APEX Toolbox™ as well as made available Free Online.

The program provides event organizers with a neatly packaged set of ready-made, highly customizable tools that will help event organizers increase productivity, promote a professional image, and implement APEX accepted practices. Simply put, it places easy-to-use APEX templates into the hands of users. Additionally, the program includes an electronic copy of the APEX Industry Glossary and all checklists from The Convention Industry Manual, 7th Edition.

As we move through the implementation phase, you’ll be getting ready for seamless exchange of data in 2007 when you use the interactive templates within the The APEX Toolbox™. At the push of a button, information will be exchanged seamlessly with no re-keying!
