CMP International Ambassador Program

The CMP International Ambassador Program is designed to promote the professional benefits of the CMP designation and raise the level of awareness about the certification program on a global basis. It is open to CMPs who have an interest in promoting the CMP designation to meeting and event professionals outside of North America and who would like to serve as a knowledge base for international CMP candidates.

The CMP International Ambassador Program is open to CMP’s who have personal international contacts interested in pursuing the CMP Designation. All Ambassadors maintain monthly contact with their CMP candidates and serve as mentors from the application process through the examination process. Recertification points will be granted to CMP International Ambassadors who maintain a minimum of 20 candidates and submit documented monthly contact information.
All international CMP candidates may now elect assistance from an International CMP Ambassador. International Ambassadors will be given the opportunity to mentor these candidates as well as their own contacts.

CMP Candidate Confidentiality is of utmost import and necessary at all times. In order to participate in the CMP International Ambassador program you will be asked to sign an agreement with the CIC stating that you agree to respect candidate confidentiality.
