CMP Exam Hosts

The CMP examination is administered four times each year holding two exams in North America (generally held in January and July) and two internationally. If you are a CMP Supplier and are interested in hosting the CMP exam, please contact Chris Marshall, CMP Program Director for more details.

7:30 a.m.
Room set up/Proctors arrive
8:30 a.m.
Doors open/candidates arrive

FACILITY REQUIREMENTS
ROOM SET UP
6’ X 18" draped tables (one table per examinee)

  • place table in rows
  • recommend 4" separation form each other
  • one chair per table
  • two soft lead # 2 pencils on table – NO PADS
  • iced water and one glass per table
  • One draped 6’ x 18" table at front of room for proctor(s)
  • iced water and glasses on table
  • several lead #2 pencils and one pad of paper on table
  • 2-4 chairs for proctors. One draped 2’ x 2’ table inside entrance of room for sign-in sheet

FOOD/BEVERAGE SERVICE:
No coffee or soft drink service, no food

ROOM ASSIGNMENT:
Quiet room/location must be guaranteed
to avoid distractions on exam day
Room must be pre-assigned and location guaranteed by facility
Room location must be posted day of exam

*All space for CMP exams is complimentary.
